Employee Assistance Programme

TransWorks is committed to promoting a health workplace.  We have engaged Vitae Counselling Services to provide a confidential service to all staff - both employees and contractors - for counselling.

Through this programme you will be able to address issues such as:

• personal and workplace stress
• relationship problems
• managing conflict
• anxiety and depression
• anger or violence
• grief and/or loss
• harrassment
• personal trauma
• addictions
• budgeting
• motivation and self esteem
• communication issues

TransWorks will pay for the first 4 sessions.  If you require more counselling, Vitae will contract TransWorks.
